There are multiple things that have an affect on our stress. I want to create more awareness around these types of stress.

Its not just as simple as mental/emotional stress. Our bodies are inundated with stress from our environment, our food, our cleaners, makeup etc.

All of these affect the health of our adrenals which then affects our entire endocrine system.

This topic of stress is a big one. My mentor taught me that you always "have a bill to pay". Our bodies are resilient and will get us through the toughest of times.
